1. The Challenge:

To enhance the user experience with the Woodland Trust web app so more people support the organisation by becoming a member.

Case Study:

The case study was selected to design a responsive web app with a mobile-first approach.

2. Objectives:

  • Redesign the web product to gain the support of younger generations.

  • Give users a visualisation on how their membership contributes to conservation and restoration projects in the UK public woodlands.

  • Offer a personalised experience to increase users’ engagement with the brand and projects.

  • Establish transparent communication with the members to gain their trust and loyalty.
